Product description from producer
Our cooks cut the cleaned whole carp into steaks, across the carcass, salt and cool. Marinated pieces are breaded in a mixture of wheat flour and paprika, then fried in a pan with oil. Ready golden fish is decorated with fried onion rings and parsley sprigs. The sweet taste of fish will be complemented by fermented, baked or marinated vegetables.
