Product description from producer
Thermostatic kefir 2.5% is produced using a thermostatic method. After pasteurization, ferment is added to the milk, after which an automated process of bottling into consumer containers occurs. Then the product is sent to a thermostatic chamber, where the fermentation process takes place at the operating temperature of the starter and kept for up to 12 hours. The formation of a clot occurs directly in the container that you see in the store.
