The wine is fortified with wine brandy aged at least 5 years in oak barrels. Marsala is aged in Allier oak barrels for more than 48 months. The color is deep ruby, with violet shades. The bouquet is fruity, with intense notes of currants and blueberries, as well as balsamic and peppery nuances and light notes of vanilla. The taste is sweet, with pleasant tannins.
