Ingredients

• Pasteurized cow's milk, table salt, preservative potassium nitrate, hardening agent calcium chloride, bacterial concentrate (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria), lactic acid enzyme preparation (of microbiological origin), natural dye annatto extract. The outer surface of the cheese is treated with Natamax antimicrobial.
