Kaserei Champignon Montagnolo Affine Cheese 70% - creamy soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk and aged for more than six months. The cheese is made using a cold aging process, during which it matures slowly at a low temperature, gradually developing a spicy aroma. Montagnolo Affine also has the name "triple-creme brie", which means triple creamy brie.
