First, NOVUS cooks spread horseradish sauce on pieces of toasted wheat bread. On the first piece, they put a salad mix, salmon fillet slices, fresh cucumbers, and boiled eggs cut into rings. Then they put the second half of the salad mix, and cover it with the second piece of toasted bread. They press the product, align the edges of the bread, and cut it in half diagonally.
