• Normalized pasteurized cow's milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, calcium chloride solidifying agent, natural dye annatto extract, preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), with the use of starter preparations (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and milk-converting enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosin).
