Matzo is a traditional low-fat, crusty bread. They contain no acid from fermentation, making them extremely digestible. It is an all-natural product without preservatives or flavor enhancers. 

Traditional wheat matzos have been made at the Radom factory since 1974 using a traditional cast iron oven. The dough is placed on cast iron plates and baked at a high temperature. This allows it to rise and stratify. It is also fried over a live fire, the flames of which gently toast it, leaving distinctive burnt marks. Only matzo made this way looks and tastes similar to the matzo of yesteryear - it is slightly thicker, stratifies better, and contains more bubbles. 

Traditional wheat matzo is a delicious snack and an alternative to regular bread - it can be eaten with cheese, cold meats and vegetables. It goes great with hummus, soy pates and Sante vegetable pastes.
