Directions for preparation: Dissolve 1 sachet of mixture (500 g) in 1 liter of cold milk (4°C). Always use cold milk. Beat with a planetary or other mixer at maximum speed for 5 minutes. Pour into a mould and chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold. The product can be frozen for later use, stored in the refrigerator after defrosting and consumed within 24 hours.
