Directions for preparation: Pre-mix 500 ml of cold water and 500 ml of cream together, cool to 4°C. Dissolve 1 sachet of mixture (500 g) in the prepared mixture of water and cream. Beat with a planetary or other mixer at maximum speed for 5 minutes. The resulting product is ready to use. The product can be frozen for future use, stored in the refrigerator after defrosting and consumed within 24 hours.
