• Its ruby-red color is due to the drying technology, which lasts at least 10 days and is also responsible for enriching and softening the aroma and taste of the wine. The taste has notes of ripe cherries and dark berries accompanied by soft spicy notes of licorice. Fermentation in steel tanks at 22°C with soaking on the skins, then also completed the maturation phase in steel tanks. 
• Recommended consumption temperature: 16°C. 
• Food pairing: ideal accompaniment to lasagna, assorted meats, marinated meats and mature cheeses.
