The cider is fermented and aged for 1 year in apple brandy barrels. When the apple brandy is removed from the French oak barrels, the barrels are filled with fresh apple juice from the Dabinett & Michelin apple harvest, which after 1 year results in the amazing taste of Mor. Only apples grown on the Longueville House estate are used.
