The 1991 Dufftown whiskey from independent producer Hunter Laing has been aged for 30 years in a bourbon cask before bottling in August 2022. The aroma gives vanilla notes of autumn leaves, toffee and soft smoke, complemented by shades of lemon peel, peat smoke, toffee, caramel, rich malt and dry peat. The taste is round, silky and very persistent.
