Aged in bourbon barrels and Pedro Jimenez sweet white wine barrels from Andalusia. The bouquet of the drink combines shades of Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate, intertwined with notes of cedar and clove spices. Tasted with sweet layers of maple syrup, molasses and prune toffee, maraschino cherries, brandy butter and black forest cake. The aftertaste is warming with motifs of toffee, fruit pie and crystallized ginger, cherry jam and espresso coffee.
