Cocoa-powder is used for making the confectionery, bakery, jelly products, hot drinks and desserts. Also it is widely used for cooking of milk products(chocolate butter, cheeses), glazes etc.

How to use: for cooking of one portion of drink (250mls) you need mix up one tea-spoon of cocoa powder (5g) with sugar (for your taste). Add a little bit of boiled water and knead it. Pour 200mls of boiled water or milk in mixture and bring to the boil.
