Sour-milk cheese is a natural fermented milk product prepared according to home traditions by fermenting it with useful lactic acid bacteria. Whey is separated by the traditional self-straining method. As a result of the fermentation process, the most valuable things are extracted from milk: easily digestible protein (casein) and milk fat.
