Rooibos is a traditional tea for the South African region. In our country, its popularity is only gaining momentum among gourmets. There is even a legend associated with this tea: they say that ancient African tribes received it from the gods. It cannot be classified as either green or black varieties , because rooibos is made from the vitrified leaves of Aspalatus lineara, and is therefore considered an herbal tea.
The taste of the finished infusion is sweet, with notes of wood, light sourness, similar to aged whiskey. Color – deep brown-red. Well, a real find for a good mood and good health!
