Earl Gray tea is perhaps the most popular tea in the UK. Classic selected Ceylon tea of the OR category (Orange Peko) is flavored with bergamot extract. When brewed, it produces a bright reddish infusion with an astringent, velvety taste. Bergamot shades and softens the astringency of tea, saturates the drink with a warm, fragrant aroma of spices. Goes great with milk and sugar.
