It is made by fermenting a normalized pasteurized mixture of skimmed and whole milk with sourdoughs for cheese and boiling the resulting clot. Sour milk cheese TM "ZaroG" has a homogeneous consistency, which has a dense, white with a creamy tinge color, pure sour milk taste and aroma; slight graininess, crumbliness and insignificant separation of serum are possible. Milk fat, which is contained in sour milk cheese, is a carrier of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and a source of synthesis of essential amino acids, and therefore promotes the excretion of excess cholesterol, ie has antisclerotic effect.
