Light and crunchy Zhmenka crispbreads are made of unpolished rice with the addition of caraway and rye, thanks to which, in addition to usefulness, the crispbreads acquired a bright taste. Rye and caraway seeds give the bread a pleasant aroma and rich taste, which resembles the taste of Borodino bread.
