Submerge the frozen dumplings in boiling salted water (10 g salt per 1 litre of water) in a ratio of half-cooked dumplings to water of 1:4. Boil the dumplings for 6-8 minutes after they have floated and come to the boil. Serve with sauces or sour cream. The half-finished dumplings must be cooked before use. Do not refreeze.
