Seasoning for lard "Panska" is a harmonious blend of spices that gives a delicious flavor to lard and unique juicy flavor. Here are some ways to prepare: 1) cut into slices and rub seasoning all over these slices, put in an enamel or glass dish and refrigerate for 24 hours - the dish is ready for consumption; 2) cut into slices, rub with seasoning, put in an enamel or glass dish and refrigerate a day, next day pour lard with boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes, cooked bacon before eating sprinkle with seasoning; 3) rub lard or bacon with seasoning over all sides, wrap in foil and bake 20-30 minutes.
