Our signature and one of your favorite rye-wheat breads. In it we combined second-grade wheat flour and peeled rye flour. It is not only especially tasty, but also very healthy. Live rye sourdough helps to reveal all the benefits of the flour mix, and also enhances the delicate rye-wheat aroma and makes the bread pulp airy and light.
