Coconut flour is made from fresh organic coconuts grown on the island of Sri Lanka. Coconut flour is used for cooking and baking. It is an ideal thickener for soups and sauces and an additional source of fiber. Coconut flour can be used as a substitute for traditional baking flour (recommended in 1/3 ratio) for making cakes, cookies and breads.
