The intense and complex bouquet of the drink reveals motifs of iris flowers and roses, fruity shades of black currant and dark cherries, smoky notes of cedar and incense, and shades of tobacco, coffee and vanilla. On the palate there is a sweet note of blackberry pie and dark plums, mineral shades of slate, notes of Bigarro Burlat cherries, toasted bread and violets with balsamic and peppery notes.
