Rum golden color. The aroma is intense, starting with molasses, pear and varnish. It then becomes more fruity and spicy with apple, banana and gooseberry, as well as nutmeg and vanilla with a slight smoky undertone. The palate is rich and rounded, following aromas of vanilla fudge, honey, ginger, and fruity notes of prunes and coconut. The finish is very long on dried banana, bourbon and allspice.
