The whiskey is double distilled in alambicas from the Charente department. Aged in barrels of Sautrenes wines, dry red Burgundy and sherry. The aroma of the drink is manifested by notes of fruits, sweet spices, skins, complemented by slightly peaty motifs. The taste is soft, rich, with excellent harmonic notes.
