Delverde pasta is made from the best grains of durum wheat, crystal clear water and fresh eggs. Cold by nature, spring water from the Mayella National Park in the Italian region of Abruzzo helps to preserve the unique taste of wheat. Thanks to the old way of making pasta with a bronze mold, the surface of pasta is rough, and due to this they hold the sauce better. Drying at low temperatures retains the beneficial properties of wheat grain.
