Whole or halved peeled young potatoes are boiled by our masters in water with salt and bay leaves. The water is drained, and the potatoes are dried. At the end, pour a mixture of vegetable and melted butter and sprinkle with chopped dill. Crumbly tender young potatoes - a little sweet, with a light herbal shade. And to complement the taste, the dish should be tasted with sour cream or mushrooms, seasoned with basil, cumin and black pepper.
