Stammgast Lager is a traditional Bavarian beer brewed in accordance with the German beer purity law. The fermentation and aging process takes place in the beer cellars located in the rock, in the underground vaults of Wallerstein Castle. It is characterized by a rich, malty aroma, with floral and herbal notes and perfectly balanced taste, with a malty body and quite decent hops. 

Stammgast beer is produced in the heart of Bavaria, in the county of Wallerstein, at the Furst Wallerstein Brauhaus brewery. The county is located in the center of a huge crater, which was formed more than 15 million years ago after the impact of a huge asteroid, approximately 1.5 km in diameter. The Wallerstein region is famous for its fields of malt and hops, as well as a unique source of pure water, which locals believe is infused with cosmic power. It is believed that this spring has unusual mysterious abilities, its water is very tasty and soft.
