Bionaturalis organic apple vinegar. This vinegar has an acidity of 6%. It is produced through natural fermentation from carefully selected apples. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
This vinegar with its fresh taste and natural aroma adds a perfect flavour to salads, sauces, and dressings. In addition, it is perfect for marinating steaks (it softens the meat). Suitable for use with water and honey (utilising 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 glass of water, and half a teaspoon of honey). The vinegar is also used as a cosmetic product in body care regimes.
Our apple cider vinegar is unpasteurised and unfiltered, retaining the characteristics of a naturally-fermented product. Unpasteurised vinegar has a cloudy appearance and may have naturally-occurring turbidity due to the natural biological process. These form the signs of further fermentation and testify that the vinegar is unpasteurised and of good quality. Shake well before use.
