The author's profiles developed by our masters completely reveal the taste potential of coffee beans. Computer control ensures repeatability of the roasting profile and consistency of coffee taste. Optical control with the Swiss unique Bühler sorting machine allows you to check up to 1000 grains per second and reject any damaged ones. Roasting takes place at a modern high-tech factory in Zaporozhye with the help of German equipment Probat. We do not roast for the warehouse, there is always only fresh roasted coffee.
Taste: we created this blend for those who expect from coffee a familiar traditional taste with hints of chocolate and nuts. Without excessive acidity.
