Ingredients

• Normalized pasteurized cow's milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, dried basil (0.3%), flavorings (basil, a mixture of Italian spices), hardening agent calcium chloride, dyes (copper chlorophyllin, annatto), preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), with the use of leavening agents (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and a lactic enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosin).
