The rum is aged for 14 years in bourbon barrels in the Fiji Islands, and the second maturation is in French Ferran barrels in the province of Cognac. The bouquet of the drink reveals notes of creme brulee, lemon pie, orange peel, notes of roasted nuts appear over time. The taste is soft, sweetish, with notes of vanilla, bizet, walnuts, menthol and oak. The aftertaste is harmonious, persistent.
