NOVUS chefs put whole lettuce leaves and freshly sliced cucumbers in a container. Salt the green beans, sprinkle with lemon juice, and mix thoroughly. Blanch and cool. Add strips of crab sticks and canned corn. Season everything with a mixture of fresh garlic, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and dill. The crispy salad with a hint of seafood is filling and nutritious.
