Our chefs cut the pizza dough lengthwise, not to the edges, and grease the inside on both sides with burger sauce. On the bottom of the bun they put grated suluguni, green salad, thin slices of salami and canned gherkins. They sprinkle more cheese on top, cover with the top half of the dough, and press lightly. At the end they lightly bake on the grill. The neutral taste of Italian pastries is enriched by the sweet, spicy and piquant - spicy sausage.
