Find the Criminal, Operation Golden Scepter Book

Every morning on the way to school, Philip, Flo and Carolina stop by a small candy store in Dead End No. 23. There they buy treats from Leo (the owner's name) to enjoy during breaks between classes. Criminal police commissioner Lars also goes to the said candy shop every morning. He is also a terrible sweet tooth, and he likes sweets with licorice the most. However, they are united not only by a love of sweets, but also by a passion for investigating the most complicated crimes. The "Licorice" detective team, as they call themselves, even have their own office where they meet - a dovecote under the roof of Leo's candy store.
