The wine begins fermentation in steel tanks and is eventually transferred to French oak barrels where it undergoes a final fermentation of 6 months with weekly batoning to ensure a rich mouthfeel. The nose reveals white fruit and light oak notes. The palate is rich, rounded, with good acidity and fruity notes.
