Goccia D'oro Extra Virgin olive oil comes from the first cold pressing of "Coratine" and "Oliarole" olives grown in the Rocche del Roero area of the Piedmont region, famous for its wines, vegetable oils and cheeses. The harvested olives are manually sorted and then mechanically pressed using ancient granite presses. Extra Virgin olive oil, unrefined, is ideal for salads and other dishes that do not require cooking. It can also be used for hot food preparation.
