The wine has a light straw color. The aroma is delicate with notes of white fruits and flowers. The taste is harmonious, dry, with a gentle sparkle and a slightly mineral aftertaste. The wine tastes good as an aperitif, goes perfectly with fish dishes, sushi, sashimi and risotto. It is recommended to serve at a temperature from +6°C to +8°C.
