Torino Cappelli high-fibre whole-grain pasta is shaped like a round button. Wholemeal Cappelli is a great shape because it binds the sauce well and makes the portion taste good. It is particularly recommended as a side dish, to salads and soups. Wholemeal flour is used in the production of Cappell. Wholemeal flakes contain all the valuable parts of the grain and give the pasta a rich grain flavour. High fibre content. Cooking time: 7 min. 70% wholemeal.
