Jack Daniel's is the world famous American whisky. From its inception to the present day, the finest rye, corn, barley malt and the purest spring water without any iron or other elements have been used in its production. At the end of the fermentation and distillation process the drink is passed drop by drop through a three-metre filter filled with maple charcoal. It is this time-consuming and expensive process which sets Tennessee Jack Daniels whisky apart from ordinary bourbons. It is then bottled in new barrels made from white American oak and matured for 4 to 6 years. This results in a unique amber coloured spirit which has a harmonious flavour of caramel, vanilla and a light aroma with a pleasant aftertaste. Jack Daniel's whisky can be consumed pure, with water or ice as a digestif or as an aperitif, or as part of a cocktail.
