The aroma of whiskey reveals notes of sweet peat, smoke, next to fresh notes of citrus, honey, vanilla and salted caramel. In the taste of whiskey, malt motifs are first felt, then notes of green fruits (apples and pears), spices, raisins and toffee are revealed. The aftertaste of whiskey is buttery, peaty, with notes of toffee and caramelized sugar.
