The whiskey was distilled in 2006 and aged for 16 years in oak casks, with a finish in Jares Olorosso casks. The bouquet combines shades of appetizing vanilla fudge with dried fruit and orange peel, next to motifs of marshmallow, bourbon cookie and pencil shavings. The taste is very soft, rich, with notes of Christmas pie spices. A perfectly balanced, long-lasting aftertaste with hints of fruit and spices.
