- Appleton Estate 21YO Nassau Valley Casks is named after the heart of Jamaica, the Nassau Valley. The Valley is situated 120m above sea level in one of the three karst zones in the world, providing our Estate's sugarcane farms with wonderful filtered water.

- Appleton Estate is one of the oldest distilleries in the world, and the proud custodian of one of the world's largest collections of aged rum.

- The rare and hand-selected rums that make up 21YO Nassau Valley Casks are created from Jamaican limestone-filtered water with no added flavourings. All of the rums in the blend have been aged for a minimum of 21 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica - the extreme equivalent of aging for over 60 years in a temperate climate. 

- Appleton Estate 21YO Nassau Valley Casks has a floral aroma that develops into a unique mature nutty bouquet, with rich notes of vanilla, delicate orange zest, generous nutmeg, bright almonds, warm coffee and cocoa.

The colour

- A shade of mahogany with olive green hues, developed over 21 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.
