Aged in Bourbon barrels and Pinot Noir red wine barrels from Burgundy. The aroma reveals juicy shades of dark fruits, Morello cherry jam, stewed plums and chocolate mousse. The taste is sweet and buttery with layers of cooked blackcurrants, brazil nuts, blackberries and banana bread with hints of espresso, cloves and star anise. Aftertaste with notes of mocha coffee and Black Forest cake, warming spices of ginger, nutmeg and cedar.
