Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce is a legendary British sauce that was created in 1837 by two chemists - John Willie Lee and William Henry Perrins. Since then, the sauce has practically not changed its recipe and is produced at the same factory in Worcester (UK) and bottled in the same recognizable bottle with an orange label. Today Lea & Perrins is owned by Kraft Heinz.

Worcester sauce is an indispensable ingredient in Caesar salad and in the Bloody Mary cocktail. Also, Worcester sauce goes well with fresh salads, lasagne and pasta, meat, fish, gives a special taste to soups and stews. Every self-respecting chef always has a bottle of Lea & Perrins in his kitchen!
