This pasta resembles ordinary spaghetti, but it’s a bit thicker and have a little hole that runs all the way through the noddle. Bucatini are great with full bodied sauces. Bucatini is best paired with meat-based sauce, which will cling easily to the thicker noodles, as well as with creamy sauce, such as alfredo or carbonara.
