Pancakes are one of the tastiest and most versatile dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. They are ideal both as a snack and as a main dish.
To prepare thin pancakes, we use milk and flour of the highest grade. After frying, the pancakes are shock frozen to preserve their excellent taste.
All you have to do is heat the pancakes in the microwave or in the oven for a few minutes, add the filling you like, be it sweet jam or fried mushrooms in sauce. TM Levada pancakes are delicious with both sweet and salty fillings.
