Used for cooking lard, ham. Methods of application: hot: rub lard or lard well on all sides with seasoning, wrap in foil and bake. Cold: rub the lard well on all sides with seasoning and put in a cool place. After 24 hours, the lard is ready to eat. 25g of seasoning is enough to prepare 2kg of lard.
